Processing and Shipment Timeline
Where a shipment processing or dispatch timeframe is provided, the stated timeframe will commence only after the applicable payment has been successfully cleared and received as available funds in FHA Exports Limited’s bank account. The processing period will not be counted from the date the buyer initiates or sends the payment, but from the date the payment is confirmed as cleared and available to FHA Exports Limited.
Bank and Payment Charges
Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion costs or other payment processing charges are handled as agreed between the parties in the applicable quotation or sales contract for that order.
Cancellation and Refunds
As halal beef and mutton are perishable, export-controlled goods, cancellations and any related refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and, where applicable, according to the terms agreed in the relevant quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract for that order. Buyers are encouraged to raise any cancellation request with our export team as early as possible.
Order and Payment Confirmation
An order is treated as confirmed once the agreed payment terms have been met and both FHA Exports Limited and the buyer have confirmed the order in writing, typically through a signed proforma invoice or sales contract.
Governing Commercial Terms
All final payment terms remain subject to the applicable quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract or other commercial terms mutually agreed in writing between FHA Exports Limited and the buyer for each order.
